How it works

From upload to printed part — transparent pricing at every step.

    Upload your models

    Start a quote session and drop .3mf, .step, or .stp files. Multi-part jobs are supported. Geometry is validated and bounding boxes calculated automatically.

  2. 2

    Configure each part

    For every file, choose material, up to four in-stock colours, quality preset, infill, optional annealing, brass inserts, and quantity. Large or complex parts may route to manual review.

  3. 3

    Get your estimate

    Our slicer pipeline calculates print time and material usage, then applies transparent pricing rules. You see an itemised breakdown per part and a session total.

  4. 4

    Review & checkout

    Save your contact details, create an account, and place your order. Pay securely via Stripe. Track production status from your dashboard.

  5. 5

    We print & ship

    Production begins after payment. Choose Canberra pickup or Australia-wide shipping. You'll receive email updates as your order progresses.
